true art can should make all your senses available. some paintings can remind you of childhood and open you up to the smell of that very first vinyl, or even the plastic smell of your favorite toy. music has always been, to say the least, nostalgic.. altering, or refreshing to every available nerve, good or bad. your lofi photos are grainy like old records bringing out emotions that have struck a nerve of beauty that i haven't felt in myself in a really long time. like how talking of politics can give you chills or heated debates can actually make you sweat. like the smell of certain foods take you back to either good or bad parts in your childhood.. in some strange way, you inspire me to do everything i do a little bit better. so, thanks. even with the photos that bring up my harshest memories. i dont know you personaly, but thank you... -katie
